BRAZILIAN RHYTHMS All levels

Brazilian Rhythms is a blend of Afro Brazilian popular dance, Samba, Samba Reggae and Afoxe combined with the Modern dance techniques of Dunham, Horton, and Silvestre. Participants are guided through a core strengthening warm up with isolations. Across the floor movement, and high energy choreography in front of the mirror. Set to both traditional and current music. Bare feet. All levels welcome.

CARDIO PUMP All levels

An energetic hi/low class that will have your heart pumping as we tone and strengthen muscles with cardio and resistence exercises utilizing the step, weights, bands, balls and our own body weight. This is an effective way to improve strength, function, balance, shape and definition.

Yoga Boogie Ballet All levels
Monday and Friday 9:00-10:00am
with Annie Parr/Shana Walt

This class is inspired by the latest Hollywood workout rage, Yoga Booty Ballet. It is a 3 part class synthesizing easy to follow dance moves with ballet and yoga inspired strength and stretch exercises. It is designed for anyone who loves to move, target your 'wobbly bits' and leave you blissfully relaxed, sweaty and rejuvenated.

Cardio House Dance All levels
Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm
with Jena McRae.

This is a rhythm-based fitness class for those who want a great work out and to improve their "get-down" confidence on the dance floor. It is a non-intimidating approach to the fun street dance form called "house dance", which was born out of Chacago in the 80's. The warm-up incorporates core conditioning and yoga stretches. Get ready to sweat!

THE BEGINNER DANCE SERIES
Announcing ongoing month to month beginner level classes in Hip Hop, Modern, Jazz, Ballet & Afro-Brazilian. These workshops are for those who have never taken a dance class or are out of practice.
