RoCo offers exceptional dance and fitness classes for everyone. We are open 7 days a week, mornings, afternoon and evening offering nearly 100 classes weekly!
Dance: Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Afro Brazilian,
Hip Hop, Breaking, Modern Jazz, Yoga Move™
RoCo's diverse schedule of dance classes
are for the beginner to the professional. They are taught by 25 of the Bay Areas finest instructors, dancers and choreographers. RoCo's friendly and supportive environment caters to the entire family with a complete schedule for adults and youth as well as chilcare. Dance is fun! Learn the technical foundations for any kind of movement experience you choose. Develop strength, coordination,
musicality, performance style and confidence.
RoCo offers a fun and educational after school
& summer dance program for youth between
the ages of three and sixteen years old. We offer the only contemporary dance program for children and teens
in Marin County that prepares young dancers for college dance programs. All of our classes emphasize quality technique, discipline, rhythm,
performance skills, self-confidence and friendships. RoCo produces performances every January and June showcasing each class offered at the Marin Center in San Rafael.
Fitness: Yoga, Roco
Step™, Roco Fitball™, Spinning, Barre Workout, Pilates,
Afro Brazilian, Mary Sherman Sculpt™, Restorative Movement, Cardio Dance.
High energy, great music, innovative choreography and challenging formats are
only some of the reasons RoCo's fitness classes are more distinctive than the
average gym workout. All RoCo fitness classes will increase your flexibility,
stamina and strength, balance the body and reduce stress. RoCo's progressive
approach successfully merges dance and fitness classes and are taught by a wide
range of fitness and dance professionals. All ages and levels of fitness are
encouraged.
