Learn to move your body with intention, power and fluidity. This 1 hour & 15 minute class combines a luxurious floor based warm up and improvisational movement skills to deepen your connection with your own body and increase your dance vocabulary. You will be empowered to move slowly and with sensuality – we emphasize transitions between movements and developing a strong proprioceptive relationship to dance. Students find that they are both challenged physically and supported emotionally.
