IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PURCHASE AT THIS TIME, though Jessica highly recommends these specific balls, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls with tennis balls wrapped in duct tape (for grip). To use them as a pair, tie them together in a sock (preferably one with grippy nibs on the sole). In place of the Coregeous Ball, roll up a yoga mat or exercise mat and adjust it to fit your frame and pressure preference for the exercise. Jessica will show how to set up these substitutes in the workshop. Try using a rolled-up towel or even a small decorative pillow. A Pilates ball or a toddler’s Gertie ball is another option as well.
NOTE – though these substitutes will offer you feedback and relief, they will be different from using the actual Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls. If you choose to use your own balls, know that Jessica will be teaching the Yoga Tune Up®/Roll Model® Method techniques and relationship to these specific balls.
NO BALLS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR LENDING DAY OF WORKSHOP! You must purchase them day of from Jessica or bring your own.
